I am passionate about helping people feel their best, whether that is through yoga, personal training, or dietary changes. Nutrition is hands down the most important thing we can do to change our health. Exercise is critical for overall health as well, but we could exercise for hours a day and still have health problems if there are imbalances in our diet... and there is nothing more frustrating than feeling like you have worked out and challenged yourself, with no results!
I work with each of my clients to tailer a science-based program specific to their body, their goals, and most importantly to their personal preferences so that they are still eating foods that they like, experiencing life to the fullest, all while nourishing their body in a way that leaves them feeling strong, healthy, and energized. I will not make you eat things you hate or starve yourself to get results! There are so many better ways to accomplish your goals.
I eat a vegan diet myself, so I'm very comfortable setting up nutrition programs for vegans, vegetarians, and other alternative diets (gluten free, autoimmune conditions, allergies, etc). I'm also well versed in balancing a diet that incorporates meat and will never push my personal preferences on my clientele. A nutrition program that you like and makes you feel good, is a nutrition program you will stick to.
